Refund Policy

If something goes wrong with your pack, we'll make it right.

The free games

Phone games are free, so there is nothing to refund.

The $9.99 printable pack

The pack is a digital file that unlocks straight after payment, so we can't take it back once it's downloaded. That's why there's a free sample pack to check first. You will get a full refund if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same event;
  • you paid, but the pack didn't unlock and we can't fix it within 3 business days;
  • the pack has a fault we can't fix, such as missing pages or a file that won't open.

What isn't covered

  • Changing your mind after the pack has been downloaded.
  • Mistakes in the names, questions or answers you typed. Email us and we'll help where we can, but this isn't a reason for a refund.
  • Printer problems. Print at 100% / “Actual size” and see the printing tips inside the pack.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email confettale.help@gmail.com within 14 days of buying.
  2. Include your Paystack receipt (or the payment reference) and the email you paid with.
  3. Tell us what went wrong. A screenshot helps.
  4. Never send your private host link. We'll never ask for it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack, for the amount you were charged in naira. Your bank's exchange rate may make the final amount slightly different from what you paid. Refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
