Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Confettale (“we”, “us”) is an online service for personalised party games, run by the Confettale team from Nigeria. You can reach us at confettale.help@gmail.com. By using confettale.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What Confettale does

• Free: create an event about a guest of honour, share a guest link, and play personal trivia, Read the Room, mingle bingo and group games on phones.
• Paid ($9.99 per event): unlock a printable PDF pack for that event, with trivia sheets, an answer key, bingo boards and game cards.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to create an event, open an account or buy a pack. Guests of any age can play at an event when the host invites them. Hosts are responsible for their guests, including children, at their event.

4. What you put in

You keep ownership of the names, questions and answers you enter, and any image you upload for card designs. You give us permission to store and use them only to run your event and make your pack.

When you enter content, you promise that:

• you have permission to share the facts you use about other people;
• it is kind and suitable for your guests, and not hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal;
• you own any image you upload, or have the right to use it;
• you won't include private details such as home addresses, phone numbers, health or financial information.

We may remove events that break these rules.

5. Event links

Guest links are unlisted, not secret: anyone with the link can open the games. Your private host link controls the event, so keep it safe. Events and their links expire 30 days after they are created.

6. Buying a printable pack

• The price is $9.99 USD for one event. There is no subscription.
• Payment is handled by Paystack. You are charged in Nigerian naira at the converted amount shown in checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
• The pack unlocks once Paystack confirms your payment. You can then download it while the event is active.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. How you may use the pack

You may print as many copies as you need for your own celebration. You may not resell, share for download or reuse our designs, artwork or game cards for commercial purposes.

8. Our content

The Confettale name, website, artwork, card designs, game text and software belong to us. Using Confettale doesn't give you any ownership of them.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Confettale running, but it is provided “as is” and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Please check your pack before you print it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Confettale grows. We'll change the date at the top when we do. The version in place when you bought a pack applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections your home country gives you.
